You may return most new or unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must not have been installed and be in factory condition with all original parts. Batteries, custom items, full size light bars, replacement parts and Feniex inner bars are not returnable. We recommend "placing" the item in the location you would like it before permanently installing it to ensure it meets your expectations.
You should expect to receive your refund within 1-2 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. However, in many cases you will receive a refund quicker. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (3 to 7 business days) and the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 2 business days). If you're expecting a refund and you paid with PayPal, the refund will be instant. If you paid with a credit or debit card, the refund may take longer (5 to 10 business days). If items are used, have damage, missing parts, or are not in the original packaging, your refund is subject to a fee (price depends on damages or cost of items that are missing). If any fees occur, customer will be notified.
