You may return most new or unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (less any shipping charges). Items must not have been installed and be in factory condition with all original parts. Batteries, special/custom items, full size light bars, and replacement parts are not returnable. We recommend "placing" the item in the location you would like it before permanently installing it to ensure it meets your expectations.
Once the item has been received to our warehouse, your refund or replacement will be processed within 72 business hours. If a refund is due and you paid with PayPal, the refund will be instant. If you paid with a credit card the refund may take up to 5 business days to display on your account. This is a credit card policy and standard anywhere you use your credit card.
If items are used, have damage, missing parts, or are not in the original packaging, your refund is subject to rejection or a fee (price depends on damages or cost of items that are missing). If any fees occur, you will be notified.
